What to expect?

Come in with dirty hair! No need to wash your hair before your hair spa. Take off your jewelry. Arrive with a clean, fresh face—no makeup. Dress comfortably and be ready to relax—you will change into a robe for your service.We are not responsible for lost or damaged jewelry. Please leave it at home!

Yes! Our treatments are designed for everyone, including men. We offer specialized services for male hair loss, scalp irritation, beards, and overall hair health.

Do you offer services for clients with hair extensions?

We do! We provide customized care for clients with hair extensions, ensuring both your natural hair and extensions receive the right treatment for lasting beauty.

What is your cancellation policy?

To avoid a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the scheduled appointment price, please reschedule or cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling on the same day will incur a fee ranging from 15% to 100% based on the circumstances. Arriving 15 minutes or more before your appointment will be considered a no-show, resulting in a charge of 50% or the full price. Please note that gift certificates are non-refundable after purchase and can only be used as a house credit. Additionally, gift certificates are valid for one year from the date of purchase with no exceptions.

Can I return or exchange a gift certificate?

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. However, they remain valid for 12 months from the purchase date and can be applied toward any of our treatments or services of equal or lesser value. If you’d like to experience a service that exceeds the certificate's value, you can easily upgrade by paying the difference.
